Shipping & Returns

Our products are partly or wholely handmade and we will strive to have your order sent within 7-14 days of your payment clearing.

We ship our products from where we make them, Bendigo, Victoria, Australia.  We ship all Australian orders via Australia Standard Parcel Post.  We will ship outside Australia, but we ask that you email [email protected] for a postage quote.

Our products may be returned if found to be delivered faulty, damaged or there was an error in delivery.  Special orders will only be refunded if found to be faulty.  Sale items may not be returned.

We strive to create our products to be as close to what you have chosen from our website.  Due to their handmade nature, no two items will ever be exactly the same.  This is what makes your item special.

Our products are carefully checked before we post them to our customers, but if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at [email protected] within 2 weeks of receiving your item/s so that we can try to assist you.

Colours of products displayed on your computer screen may vary to actual colours of the item you are purchasing.  This can be due to the high variance in colours utilised by computer monitors.  There will be no refund due to a variation in colour from that depicted on our website and your screen.
